Ty is going to be a year old next month. Good Gods has time flown by.
He loves to watch Sesame Street, and has picked up Ernies laugh, it is so funny.
He drives around the house in his little airplane chasing all the cats. A month ago he could cruise under the kitchen table, now he is too tall to get under that but he still tries.
Alex just got his first report card,and got mostly all A's and B's. I am so proud of him. He is adjusting very well. I was a little worried on how he was going toadjust, because somestimes with children with Aspergers, change is hard. But he is doing very well.
As a requirement for graduation from his High School he needs to complete 40 hours of community service, every year. Tennessee is the Volunteer State,and I think that is great thing for kids to do. He has not decided on where he is going to do his community service this year. He is thinking about at the local animal shelter or at the rec center during the summer.
Alex is so wonderful with his little brother. He is always willing to help with him, except when he needs a diaper change lol. we refer to Ty as Tyzilla when he is in his airplane and he will run ever in his path. When he makes it into Alex's room, his lego castles have no chance, its mass destruction.
So far there is not any foods that Ty doesn't like. He really digs yogurt though.
Alex is going to be 16 this month. Trying to decide what to do for him for his bithday. I know for sure he is getting a new baseball mitt, as he wants to go out for baseball this spring.
He talked to his father the other day and told him what he wanted for his birthday. But being he never got him anything for christmas, after he told him he was sending something months ago. I don't think he will send him anything now either. As it is he refuses to pay support.
As for Ty's birthday, I am not sure what theme I am going to do. He loves to Franklin, Little Bear, Sesame Street and Winnie the Pooh.
Well that is about all for now.
